How do I change my address, email, phone number and/or emergency contact information in myUWinfo?

To change your address, email, phone number and/or emergency contact information in myUWinfo:

  1. In your web browser go to myuwinfo.uwindsor.ca
  2. On the Sign in screen, enter (or select) your UWinID@uwindsor.ca. Click the Next button. 
  3. On the Enter password screen, enter your UWin Account password. Click the Sign in button. 
  4. If required to do so, complete the multi-factor authentication (MFA) process.
  5. On your myUWinfo homepage, click one of the My File options  (see image below).              
  6. To change your address, email and/or phone numbers from the My File page, click the Address link. 
  7. On the Address page, edit or add your information as required. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory. Click the Save button.   
  1. Once you have saved your changes, click the Back button () to return to the My File page.
  2. To change your emergency contact information from the My File page, click the Emergency Contact link.  
  1. On the Emergency Contact page, edit or add your emergency contact’s information as required. Click the Save button.  
  1. Once you have saved your changes, click the Back button () to return to the My File page.
