Before you can view and/or print pay statements online, you must first consent to do so:
- In your web browser go to myuwinfo.uwindsor.ca.
- On the Sign in screen, enter (or select) your UWinID@uwindsor.ca. Click the Next button.
- On the Enter password screen, enter your UWin Account password. Click the Sign in button.
- If required to do so, complete the multi-factor authentication (MFA) process.
- On your myUWinfo homepage, click My Pay.
- When you access the My Pay screen in myUWinfo for the first time you will be prompted with two one-time consent requests.
- On the Consent for Online Tax Slips pop-up box, click the Yes, I consent button if you agree to receive your tax slips electronically.
- In the Consent for Online Pay Stubs pop-up box, click the Yes, I consent button if you agree to receive your pay statements electronically.
- You should now see a list of your pay statements in the Pay Stub box and be able access each one by clicking on the desired pay period link.
I consented, but the Pay Stub box is still empty. What do I do?
In some browsers, the My Pay page does not auto refresh after the consent. To refresh the page, click My Pay in the myUWinfo’s navigation menu. You should now see items in the Pay Stub box.
If, however, you still see an empty Pay Stub box, check the Consent or Agreement box on the My Pay page.
If you see a red X beside Online Pay Statements, your consent was not registered. Click the Online Pay Statements link and give consent. You should then see items in the Pay Stub box.
If the problem persists, contact IT Service Desk at 519-253-3000 x. 4440.
How come nothing happens when I click on a pay stub?
Your pay statement will open in a separate browser window. Your browser must be set up to allow pop-up windows from myUWinfo for your pay statement to be displayed.
