Summary
VIP 7 app is available in Intune. To have it installed automatically on a Windows 10 device, add this device to the security group called zO365 - Apps - VIP 7. To allow user to install it from Company Portal app, add this user's name to the security group called zO365 - Apps - VIP 7 Users

NOTE: Follow instructions below only after attempting to install using Company Portal.
System Requirements:
- Windows 10 Pro or Enterprise
- GlobalProtect VPN Client installed and connected if off campus
- Client must have a VIP account to access VIP, which is provided by Nick/Eva.
To install and test VIP 2020 client software, follow these steps:
- Download the installation file attached to this article
- Run win.msi
- You may initially recieve a Windows Defender warning that says the program is unrecognized. If so click More Info and then Run anyway:
- On the first install screen click ‘browse’ and change the Installation directory to the following:
- C:\Program Files (x86)\DLGL\VIP 7G\WIN_2020
- (please ensure that the directory above is correct or rename it to WIN_2020 if it's just WIN)
- Click Next
- Click Next again
- You may get a User Account Control prompt, click Yes
- Click Finish
- Copy the VIP 7 2020 shortcut from the archive to the Desktop (copy to Public Desktop if not logged in with the client's account)
- Start VIP using the shortcut. If you recieve the following error, please continue with the next steps. If you get a login page, installation is complete.
- Double Click 2_WindowsPortalPrerequisite.msi
- Click Next at the various dialogs leaving all options default
- Once it is finished, Start VIP using the shortcut.
