How to Sign In or Use a UwinCARD to Access a Xerox Multifunction Device?

With a UWin ID 

• Using the MFD keyboard, enter your UWin ID in the Username field and your UWin Account Password in the Password field.  

With a UwinCARD

• Tap your UwinCARD on the symbol that looks like a hand holding a card on the left of the digital display. 

If this is the first time using your UwinCARD, you will have to associate your UwinCARD with the print management software by signing in with your full UWinID with email (userID@uwindsor.ca) and UWin account password on the digital display’s keyboard.  

Once you associate a card at a UWindsor Xerox MFD, it is associated with most Xerox MFDs on campus.  

If you have an older UwinCARD, you may need to replace your card. See the information about how to obtain a new Staff/Faculty card.
