PaperCut Print Deploy provides an easy and automatic way to install Xerox devices as printers on your corporate PC or Mac, but in some cases you may want to setup printing on your personal computer, tablet or phone. There are various ways of connecting to PaperCut printers on those devices.
Easiest Method
For once in a while printing, the easiest method is to upload your PDF or image file to the PaperCut Web site https://papercut.uwindsor.ca/user. You can also email the PDF or image file as an attachment to the printer. Printers can be found in the Outlook directory as they start with "Printer - DPT-Xerox#". DPT is the three-letter department code.
Note: Not all printers are available for Web or Email printing. It must be enabled by the administrator.
Mobility Print Client
Note: To use the Mobility Print feature, you must be connected to the campus network (wired or wireless) using the GlobalProtect VPN.
