In your browser, go to uwindsor.ca/uwinsite/people. After you complete your single sign-on in UWinsite People using your full UWinID@uwindsor.ca as your username and your UWin Account password.

To approve a timecard, navigate to notifications by selecting the Bell.

Under Action Required for the request you are approving, select the link in notification to open the request to review the details. This will open a pop-up window (ensure your notification pop-up option is enabled) that lists the details of the request.
You can also request more information by selecting that option from Actions. If you requested the employee to provide more information, you will be able to Approve the request as soon as they submit any necessary details via their portal.

You can add any comments and/or attachments by selecting + next to those sections.

After reviewing the details, select Approve. The employee will get a notification that their timecard has been approved.
To return to previous page, click back . To return to the Home Page, select the University of Windsor logo or home .
