In your browser, go to uwindsor.ca/uwinsite/people. After you complete your single sign-on in UWinsite People using your full UWinID@uwindsor.ca as your username and your UWin Account password. Then:
- On your homepage, navigate to My Team, select Quick Actions and select Show More.
- Under Time, select Team Time Cards
- Under Time Cards select the time card you would like to amend. If you do not immediately see the time card you are looking for, you can search for a person by typing their name into the search box. You may need to remove the filters by selecting the x beside them to show more time cards
- Alternatively, you can select Show Filters - under Time Card Period, select Current Period (or the period for which you need to edit the time card), and under Status, select Approved
- Open the approved time card you would like to edit, and under view by select Reported details by entry date
- Click the pencil beside the entry you would like to edit.
- Edit the Time Reporting Code, Position, Start Time or End Time
- Select OK. Repeat steps 6 and 7 above for any other entries that need to be edited.
- Select + Add if you need to add additional time entries
- When all edits have been completed, select Submit.
- Now you need to approve the edits you made to the time card. Select the Notification.
- Under Action Required for the request you are reviewing, select the link in notification to open the request to review. This will open a pop-up window(ensure your notification pop-up option is enabled) that lists the details of the request.
- To approve the request, select Approve.
