Time and Labour reports are available in UWinsite People and accessible to Line Managers through self-service. These reports offer key details on Time and Labour information, helping users track and manage time data effectively.
In your browser, go to uwindsor.ca/uwinsite/people. Complete your single sign-on in UWinsite People using your full UWinID@uwindsor.ca as your username and your UWin Account password. Then:
- Navigate to Tools tab and select and select Reports and Analytics tile.
- Select Browse Catalog button located at the top right corner of the screen. Catalog will open in a separate window.
- Under Shared Folders, find Custom folder and select Human Capital Management folder
- In Human Capital Management folder, go to Reports folder, and select Expand.
- In Reports folder, find folder titled OTL and select Expand.
- To run a report, select Open located underneath the report’s name.
- Use prompts at the top of the page to set parameters for your desired data and select Apply to run the report. When the Report Completed message is displayed on the screen, it is ready to open in Excel from your Downloads folder
Report Parameters
If no parameters are set, the report for line managers will pull all time entries for any direct and indirect reports in the default time period. Available parameters are listed below.

- Leaving it blank will return all direct and indirect reports for a manager

- Use this parameter to run this report for a Specific Bargaining Unit
- Leaving it blank will return the direct and indirect reports in all Bargaining Units

Time Reporting Code |
- Use this parameter to select which time or absence codes you would like to view Leaving it blank will return all time reporting codes
- You can use this parameter to search for items like Overtime or Lieu for analysis

From Date (Mandatory) |
- Enter the start of the time period you would like to view

To Date (Mandatory) |
- Enter the end of the time period you would like to view
