The IT Service Desk team will diagnose hardware and software problems on Apple products and if unable to resolve, will create a Case Ticket with Apple for your future reference. Any diagnostic information collected by IT Services will be shared with you and Apple.
Software problems can often be resolved remotely by Apple and IT Services.
Hardware problems that cannot be resolved in-house require bringing the device to an authorized Apple Outlet. You must open a support request using the following link: https://getsupport.apple.com/ (Apple - Support - Product Selection).
Once you have a diagnosis and case number, you may make an appointment with an outlet for repairs.
