Here is a step-by-step guide for restoring deleted files from a UWin Files network share on a Windows PC.

Open Windows File Explorer and navigate to the file or folder you wish to restore, or in the case of a file or folder deletion, a folder that contained the deleted file or folder.

Right click in the File Explorer and select Properties from the menu.

Select the Previous Versions tab.

Select the snapshot (time) that you wish to examine and double-click it, or press Open.

This will open a new File Explorer window showing the contents of the selected snapshot. You can navigate the files and open them.

Select the file or folder you wish to restore and copy it to the file share or another location by dragging and dropping them or using Copy and Paste from the context menu between File Explorer windows.
You can also use the Restore button to overwrite the current version, but use that with caution, since changes between snapshot times are not saved.
Snapshots are set to run at 3:00 AM daily.
