Procedure

Part 1: Removing the Printer

  1. Open Windows Settings.

  2. Click on Bluetooth & devices in the left-hand menu.

  3. Click on Printers & scanners.

  4. Click on the specific printer you want to remove from the list.

  5. Click the Remove button.

 

Part 2: Adding the Printer (Using PaperCut)

  1. Click the ^ (Show hidden icons) arrow on the right side of the Windows taskbar.

  2. Click the green printer icon to open the PaperCut client.

  3. Click Refresh my Printers now.

  4. If that doesn't automatically install the printer, click View my Printers.

  5. Click Add Printers.

  6. Find the desired printer in the list and click Install.
