NOTE: If you use both Outlook Web App (OWA) and Outlook 2013, you need to create a separate signature in each. Furthermore, if you have Outlook installed on multiple computers, you need to create a signature on each computer (i.e. your signature does not roam because it is stored locally on your hard drive).
When creating a new signature in OWA or Outlook, you can copy-paste your existing signature from Lotus Notes.
