A collection of online payment processing systems integrated into university web pages and applications.  These include, but are not limited to, systems such as online payment of parking tickets, sporting event ticket purchase, and online donations.

The University has negotiated specialized “fleet” pricing for photocopier and printer equipment, supplies, and repair service with Xerox. In the event that a new photocopier or printer is required by a department, clients are asked to contact Procurement to make the necessary arrangements for the purchase and installation of this equipment.

Faculty, staff and students who would like to use software that is not covered by any of the campus-wide licensing agreements can submit a request to purchase a license or renew/transfer existing license.

The UWinCARD is the University of Windsor photo identification card used by staff, faculty, and students. It is used to access the Toldo Lancer Centre as well as other doors on campus, the university meal plan.

GoPrint pay-per-use printing stations are available in public areas, such as Leddy Library and selected computer labs on campus. This service is accessed with your UWin Card.

Parking Services offers permits for parking spaces in several locations on our main campus as well as downtown campus.

IT Services uses the Software Depot website to resell IBM SPSS / AMOS 28 to students.

The University of Windsor parking systems include both the AIMS and Zeag systems. Together, these systems are used to monitor and control access to parking throughout the university campus sites.

Microsoft 365 Apps, formerly known as Microsoft Office 365, is a suite of productivity applications that includes Access, Excel, OneDrive, OneNote, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher, Teams, and Word. You can use these applications to connect with Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint Online and Exchange Online. These apps can be installed on your Windows or macOS computer, or on your iOS or Android mobile device. They can also be accessed in a web browser at portal.office.com

Redeploying a computer to another employee or setting up a new computer for the first time as well as provide information on device procurement.

I.T. Services provides assistance to faculty and staff experiencing hardware problems with their work devices, or wanting to upgrade or dispose their devices.
