Starting Fall 2023, the University of Windsor is implementing the Senate approved Student Perceptions of Teaching (SPTs), formerly the Student Evaluations of Teaching (SETs).

Launched November 2018, UWinsite Student is the University of Windsor’s student information platform that replaced the legacy Student Information System commonly known on campus as SIS, Forte, or myUWindsor.ca. Used primarily by students, faculty and staff, UWinsite Student also serves applicants and alumni.

The student placement management software Sonia supports key stages of Faculty of Education's student teacher placement program and ensures a seamless transition of student data, records management, plus time-saving automation, communication, and workflow mapping.

Titanium software is used by Student Health Services office. It is used by Student Advisors, office staff to manage advising related information. Appointment scheduling and counseling record management is the primary purpose of the system.

The Scantron software and hardware was used for computerized Student Evaluation of Teaching (SET) in I.T. Services which is being retired.  An on-line service request form for your departmental submission must be filled out prior to coming to Operations Service Counter.

Event Management platform that provides registration and event attendance functions for both paid and free events and is managed by the UWinsite CRM team.

ESS (Early Support System), SET (Students Evaluation of Teaching)

Gradeflow allows instructors to transfer grades from Brightspace to UWinsite Student.

This system collects video and gradings/comments of student performance during simulations.

IT Services uses the Software Depot website to resell IBM SPSS / AMOS 28 to students.

UWinsite Service is a service platform to help address applicants’ and students’ questions about UWindsor.

Animal Care Certification (ACC) Online module allows faculty/staff/students to take the test and get the certification.
