Personalised E-mail Address

The basic format of the University of Windsor e-mail address is comprised of a UWin ID followed by @uwindsor.ca (for example: csmith@uwindsor.ca). In addition to that, during the activation of the UWin Account, faculty and staff can select a personalized e-mail address from a list of choices which is more user-friendly, more professional looking and easier to remember. This email address will typically have the form: your preferred first name, a period, followed by your last name @uwindsor.ca. (e.g. Christine.Smith@uwindsor.ca).
