Installing GlobalProtect VPN client on a Windows computer

Accessing certain resources on the University's network requires that you use a secure VPN connection. To establish a VPN connection, you will use the GlobalProtect app that is available for both Windows and macOS platforms.

The GlobalProtect app is automatically pre-installed on all Windows 10 laptops that were joined to Azure Active Directory (AAD) and enrolled in Intune device and application management. On other computers, you can install the GlobalProtect app by following these steps.

  1. Downloading and Installing GlobalProtect
  2. Setting Up GlobalProtect
  3. Using GlobalProtect
