I keep getting: Error Message POR-2010196 - Your preferences are invalid. You must fix your preferences to proceed.

Many users are getting this error message the first time that they use Procurement (the shopping cart) in the new system. To remedy this, you have to choose your Deliver To or Receiving Location.  

• First, click Ok on the error message and a new window will appear.  
• The new window will show “Requester”, with your name, and then a Blank “Deliver-to-Location”. 
• Type UW into the “Deliver-to-Location” and click Enter/Search. 
• Various locations will appear; choose any location (a good default is UW - Main Campus - Receiving Dock).
• Then press Save and Close
