Known issue: Unable to sign in to CRYSTAL3 server

After your computer was joined to Active Directory Domain (UWINAD), your CRYSTAL3 "reports" network drive has a red x on it and when you click on it, it asks you for your credentials. You enter the same credentials that you used before, but they are rejected.

This happens because the CRYSTAL3 server is not currently joined to the Active Directory Domain (UWINAD). To address this, you have to enter your login name with a prefix "CRYSTAL3\" as shown in an example below:

Note that CRYSTAL3 server uses local accounts, so your password on it most likely will not be the same as your UWin Account password or any other password. If you cannot remember your CRYSTAL3 account password, you can click here to submit request to have it reset.
