The University Photographer is responsible for creating a photographic record of University events, research, and promotional material relevant to promoting the University’s mission and mandate.

Video Conferencing

Videoconferencing is an interactive tool that combines the use of video, computing, and communications technologies to allow people in different locations to meet face-to-face to conduct a conference. The University has four classrooms and five boardrooms equipped with videoconferencing, as well as a video bridge which can accommodate 24 sites.

Audio Conferencing

Audio conferencing is the practice of connecting multiple called parties on a single audio conference call, with multiple lines connected through a conferencing bridge.

Studio Reservations

Two television studios, two sound studios, and two video conference rooms are available for use. These can be reserved like any other meeting rooms in Microsoft Outlook.

Convocation Video Memoir

A video memoir of your complete Convocation ceremony in a form of a DVD is available for purchase on-line. No refunds will be issued. DVDs may be replaced for technical reasons only.

uView Video Streaming

uView is a user-friendly system for uploading and sharing videos related to the University, teaching and learning, and research.
