Audio-Video Production & Special Events Services

The skilled PAC-MET production and audio-visual support team can provide:

  • Multiple camera location recordings for archival and promotional purposes of guest speakers, conferences and other special events on campus
  • High energy University of Windsor promotional and recruitment videos
  • Multiple layered digital video effects and audio sweetening
  • Recording soundtracks with narration, music, and sound effects
  • Special Event audio and visual set-up and support including speakers, projectors, screens, media-plug ins, microphones

NOTE: A production meeting must be set up prior to the undertaking of any production. To initiate the process, please submit your service request by opening a ticket at least 4-6 weeks prior to final product deadline.

Television and Sound Studios

Two film studios, and three sound studios are available for use to support laboratory lectures and develop technical and creative skills for students.  These spaces are ideal for applications such as film making, music videos, Vlogging, filmed auditions, podcasts, interviews, editing content, and so much more. These can be reserved using Microsoft Outlook; see Related Articles section on the right for detailed instructions. If Outlook doesn’t work for your work flow, please submit a ticket requesting date, time, and space you would like to reserve.

Studio technicians are available on site for any questions or concerns regarding setup and operations for all Studio equipment.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm.

This will bring up a form that you will need to fill out and submit to open a support ticket with the Service Desk. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the ticket reference number and additional instructions.
