If you are returning to campus and will be signing into a computer you haven't used while working remotely, you may experience an issue signing in.
- If you were signing into your computer using your full UWindsor email address, try doing so again. Otherwise, use the same user name and password you were using before.
- If you receive an error message "Password is incorrect" please try re-entering your information one more time.
- If you still experience the "Password is incorrect" message and you are not connected to the Internet through an Ethernet cable, try connecting to UWinSecure from the login page.
- At the bottom right of the login screen click on either the WiFi or internet icon . Select UWinSecure > Connect. For the user name enter your UWin ID (everything before @uwindsor.ca) and enter your UWin Account password for the password.
