Getting credentials

• Have a full time employee (likely the person who invited you to campus) to create a guest Wi-Fi credentials

Or

• Contact Service Desk in person (lower level UCC) or connect on Live Chat (Mon.-Fri., 10am-7:30pm) and you will be provided with the daily keyword
• Text the daily keyword to 1-833-338-7626
• Receive a text back within 5 minutes with the username, password and instructions to sign in to the eduroam Wi-Fi network

• Text the event keyword to 1-833-338-7626
• Receive a text back within 5 minutes with the username, password and instructions to sign in to the eduroam Wi-Fi network

Or

• Have the person who invited you to campus (full time employee) submit a ticket to receive a username and password (These generally cannot be done instantly and so is recommended to have them submitted ahead of time)

Getting connected

• iPhone/Android:
  • Download the geteduroam app from your respective app store
  • Launch the app
  • *IMPORTANT* When prompted for the institution, enter and select “eduroam Visitor Access Canada”
  • Enter the Username and password that was provided
• Windows/MacOS:
  • Click on the wi-fi icon to see the wireless network options available
  • Select "eduroam" and click Connect
  • Enter the Username and password that was provided
