 The Office of Public Affairs and Communications (PAC) is the University of Windsor’s central resource for strategic communications, marketing, advertising, graphic design, website content and design, media and public relations, social media, photography, videography and audio-video production.

PAC provides a wide range of services including: 

  • Communications planning 
  • Brand marketing and institutional advertising 
  • Developing content and materials to share the stories that align with the University’s strategic priorities. 
  • Fostering collaboration with internal campus community members and external partners 
  • Social media support 
  • Graphic and web design  
  • Media and public relations 
  • Photography and videography  
  • Audio-video production 

How to Request PAC Services 

To request services, please open a ticket. Once we receive your submission, the PAC team will review your request, connect with you within three business days, and then set a timeline for a plan to meet your goals and maximize the impact of your message with your intended audience. 

Who can request PAC Services 

Faculty and Staff can request services related to f the University of Windsor. The initiatives should align with the University’s strategic priorities.  

Important Considerations 

  • Early Planning: The earlier you include PAC in your plans, the better. Creative work takes time and involving us early will ensure the best results. 
  • Quality Focus: Our priority is to deliver high-quality work. We encourage a collaborative approach to attain a final product. 
  • Define Your Goals: Consider your objective and your audience. What do you want to achieve with this project? What should your audience know when seeing your collateral? 
  • Submit Requests Online: All requests must be submitted through the online Client Services Form. This ensures that all project details are in one central location.
