PAC Service Request

The PAC team is available to assist you with communications strategies, news stories, press releases, event promotion and AV support for select public-facing events, graphic design, media relations and training, photography, videography, and social media. 

To help us serve you better, please submit all service requests with as much notice as possible—typically between 5 and 20+ business days, depending on the type and scope of request. While we’ll do our best to accommodate, we may not be able to guarantee completion without the required minimum notice. Learn more about  Service Timelines  

Please open a ticket to submit your request.  

Tip: Each initiative needs a separate ticket. 

Examples:  

  1. You need AV support for a media event, a poster to promote a current student award and a decal for your department's door, all unrelated. This would require three separate requests. 

  1. You are planning a special, high-profile guest speaker for the campus community and public , you would like the University podium, mic and screen with a projector at the event, a graphic for an invite, and a media release, story, and social media to help promote it. This would require one request with all the elements or deliverables listed as they are all related to a single project. 

 A team member will contact you within 3–5 business days to confirm the status and may schedule a brief kick-off meeting to gather more details.
