How to Open a Ticket

When you continue, you will be redirected to the Services section. To open a ticket, you must first locate the service for which the ticket is for:

  1. Click on the category that corresponds with the subject of your request (some categories also contain sub-categories).
  2. Click on one of the services listed inside the category.
  3. Click on the green Open Ticket button in the top right corner.
