Supported mobile mail and calendar apps that work with MFA

Not every mail app on mobile devices supports Multi Factor Authentication (MFA). This article outlines which Android, iOS, and BlackBerry mail and calendar apps work with Microsoft Office 365 and MFA.

The following are supported mail and calendar apps that work with Microsoft Office 365 and Multifactor Authentication (MFA):

Android

Currently the only MFA supported app is Outlook for Android.  No native mail apps currently support MFA.

iOS

The Outlook app and native Mail app (on iOS 11 or later) support MFA. If you are using the native mail app, you will need to remove and re-add your account once you are enabled for MFA for the account to function properly.

Blackberry 10

Outlook app and Blackberry Hub support MFA

Blackberry 7 and below

These older Blackberries do not support MFA.
