1. In a web browser, navigate to UWinsite Finance (https://efhc.fa.ca2.oraclecloud.com/)
2. Enter your UWindsor login credentials.

3. Select the menu icon in the top left corner.

4. Select Procurement

5. Select Purchase Requisitions (New)

6. Under the heading Shop by Category, select Staples Canada Category

7. You are now in the Staples Punch Out Catalog. Browse items on the page or choose Apple for Education under the Lists section.

8. Select your desired products.

9. Select Add to add them to your cart.

10. When you are done shopping, select View Cart.

11. Review your order summary and then select Checkout.

12. The Staples Punch Out Catalog will automatically generate requisition information. Click Submit.

13. Your shopping cart items will now appear as a purchase Requisition Summary in UWinsite Finance. Be sure to verify that the purchase is linked to the correct charge account.

14. Use the pencil icon to edit the requisition and add extra notes about the purchase.

15. Be sure to add a note to the Justification area to explain why the purchase is needed.

16. When you have finished editing and adding your notes, select Update.

17. When you are ready to submit your purchase requisition, select Submit.

18. UWinsite Finance may prompt a reminder to the fund balance. After you check the balance, select Submit.

19. After reviewing the Check Fund status and submitting the request, the purchase requisition will be sent to your manager for final approval. You will get a notifiacation indicating the requisition has been submitted.
