1. In a web browser, navigate to portal.office.com
2. Click the waffle icon to see the list of applications
3. Select "Outlook" from the list of applications.
4. Click your profile image or initials in the top right corner.
5. Select “Open another mailbox”
6. Enter the email address of your shared Outlook account and click “Open”
7. When the shared mailbox opens click the gear in the top right corner
8. Select “Account”
9. Select “Storage”
10. You will then see a breakdown of your current storage use
