When logging into Qualtrics, users would go to uwindsor.qualtrics.com. In the past, you would simply enter your UWindsor email address and Qualtrics password. There is a new option to log in.
This is what users will now see when going to uwindsor.qualtrics.com:
If their Qualtrics account uses their UWinID@uwindsor.ca for their account, they can use single sign-on (SSO). To do this requires the use of MS Edge as the browser. If so, they can click on "My organization's single sign-on (SSO)" and they will be logged in. This is useful for anyone that has not used their account in a while and may have forgotten their password.
If their Qualtrics account does not use their UWinID@uwindsor.ca for their account, they can still click on the button for "Qualtrics sign in page" and log in as usual. This applies to anyone who uses a vanity email for their account, as well as anyone using a share email account.
For anyone whose Qualtrics account uses their UWinID@uwindsor.ca for their account, can also still use the "Qualtrics sign in page", but use of SSO is recommended for better security.
