Issue:
In some cases, UWindsor email accounts will not authenticate when setup using the native IOS mail app.
Resolution:
At this time there is no fix. Some devices are affected and some are not.
Work Around:
Install the Outlook app and add your UWindsor account. Alternatively you can access your email via the browser on your device.
Summary:
We cannot guarantee UWindsor mail accounts will work on the native IOS mail app. Service Desk will attempt to get your account working with basic troubleshooting however it is very possible that it will simply not work. The only locations that we can 100% guarantee your UWindsor email will work is the Outlook app or webmail.
