Computer Labs

There are several general purpose and specialised computer labs across campus. Some of these computer labs are maintained by departmental technicians while others are maintained by I.T. Services.

Engineering Computer Labs

The Faculty of Engineering has three physical computer labs located in the Centre for Engineering Innovation. CEI 2105 is the largest lab with 136 PCs and is open 24x7 for access by engineering students. CEI 2191 (48 PCs) and CEI 2205 (44 PCs) are smaller labs that are reserved for use during tutorial sessions. These labs are maintained by Engineering Computing Services (ECS).

The ECS Virtual Lab has been setup for engineering students and faculty to access engineering software remotely using Windows Virtual Desktop.
