Delinea Platform is a set of cloud-based services that deliver PAM (Privileged Access Management) solutions including storage and rotation of passwords, and remote access management to servers and Web portals.
Requesting Assistance
To request assistance with Delinea Platform services related issues, please click Open Ticket button on the right. This will bring up a form that you will need to fill-out and submit to open a support ticket with the I.T. Service Desk. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the ticket reference number and additional instructions.
You must already have an UWindsor Account in Entra ID with MFA before you can access Delinea Platform.
If you are asking for access to a secrets stored in Secret Server, or remote access, please have the service owner submit the ticket for faster processing.
