Microsoft is currently investigating an issue that is causing intermittent accessibility and message delivery in Teams. We will update once the issue has been resolved. 

- Updated 1:16pm: Microsoft has confirmed that the issue with Teams has been resolved.

Update (11:00 am): Most known issues with pages have been addressed.  Please report any outstanding issues by placing a ticket with the IT Services Service Desk.

Update (8:45 am): Content editors should now be able to edit their sites.  We are continuing to address individual issues with pages.

Update (8:15 am): The majority of is currently available, we have identified issues with viewing individual sites and pages that we are currently working on.  Additionally, login for content editors to update sites is currently unavailable.  We will update as solutions are identified.

Necessary maintenance will be performed on the University of Windsor website on Wednesday January 15th between 7 and 8 am.  Some downtime is expected during this maintenance window that will lead to the website being unavailable for a short period of time.  This notification will be updated once work is complete.

Planned upgrades to UWindsor web servers are being performed the week of Jan. 13 – 17.  While no user impact is expected, the campus community is asked to please visit the IT Services website and submit a support ticket.

Update: An issue was identified shortly after 11:00 am on Jan 14th that caused temporary downtime for several UWindsor websites.  These websites are once again available as of 11:15 am.

Update Dec 16 4:30pm: This problem has been resolved with the help of vendor support. The 'uwindsor' wireless network is operating normally again.

Update Dec 16 3:25pm: We have identified a possible cause and are working to apply a fix or workaround. The 'uwindsor' network may be intermittently functional as we work to apply new configurations.

Update Dec 16 1:17pm: We are working with our vendor partner to diagnose the problem and restore service.

IT Services is aware that there is an issue with the 'uwindsor' wireless network. The problem appears to have started on the weekend.

Clients that connect to the network do not get prompted for the login page and cannot use the network.

The Network Team is working to resolve the issue.
