A recent MAC OS update has been causing an issue on some MAC Workstations where certain features are not available.
This is a potential fix that hopefully will resolve the issue:
1. Copy the attached file (it is a plist file) to your computer.
2. Go to location below (can use Go to find if needed)
/Library/Preferences/
3. Once the location is opened please add the attached file to that location (if a number is added to the file name, rename the file to remove the added number).
4. Open terminal and run below command
sudo Kill $(pgrep cfprefsd)
5. Exit Adobe Acrobat and restart.
