As part of the HR / Payroll system (VIP) upgrade, Oct. 6 to Oct 9, 2023, myUWinfo will be updated with a new web theme. In the images below, you will see that the theme and icons have been simplified while keeping the familiar blue and gold colour scheme and maintaining the previous functionality.
The only functional change is for those with Administrative Portal access. The images will show the changes.
The “test’” watermark found in some of the images will be removed when the portal is live.

Note that the tabs, My Information and Administrative Portal, near the top of the dashboard are now in the pop-out in the left menu.
To access Administrative Portal
- Select the menu icon (three-bars) to access Administrative Portal
- or hover over the menu of icons
You can click on either the icon or its description.
