UWinsite People system is accessible only to University of Windsor employees. Sodexo members will continue with the current recruitment process with a few minor adjustments.
As a Sodexo member, you will continue to apply for positions by submitting your employee ID, seniority date, and the posting number by email to employment@uwindsor.ca.
Once your application of interest has been received, the following steps will occur and some of them will require you to take action. Please continue reading to learn about the process.

Your application information will be manually added into the UWinsite People system and attached to the position on the internal career site by an HR recruiter.

The application will be reviewed, and priority will be given to those with the most seniority.

If you are selected for the position, you will receive an email from Human Resources with an invitation link to either digitally accept or decline the job offer. To accept, click Accept, enter your full name in the E-Signature to confirm.

After accepting the job offer, another link will be emailed to you to complete pre-boarding tasks such as updating personal information and emergency contacts.

Once the pre-boarding tasks are completed, you will be converted to an employee in the UWinsite People on the start date. This will trigger Day 1 Onboarding tasks for you, including updating banking information, completing mandatory training, and other necessary tasks.
