How to View my Current Benefit Enrollments in UWinsite People

1. Employees can view their benefit enrolment at any time in UWinsite People.  

In your browser, go to uwindsor.ca/uwinsite/people. Complete your single sign-on in UWinsite People using your full UWinID@uwindsor.ca as your username and your UWin Account password. 

1. Under Me, select Benefits.   
2. Select Your Benefits. 
3. On the next screen, you can see your benefits effective today.  
   If you are a new hire and not yet eligible, your benefit summary will need to be future dated to the date you become eligible (if you are in a benefit group with a standard “X” day probationary period). For example, you are viewing your benefits on October 1 but become eligible on October 30, go to Specific Date in the dropdown menu, then select October 30.
4. Select University of Windsor Benefits to view. This show a breakdown of each benefit for which you are enrolled, the cost to you and the University, as well as any suspended status/temporary status. Note: This status might be because you need to complete a pending action(s) on the home benefits screen. Even if you’ve done everything, the Human Resources Administrator might still need to approve your request.
