Learn how to check the storage capacity of your Microsoft Outlook account:
1. In a web browser, navigate to portal.office.com or https://outlook.office.com
2. Click the waffle icon to see the list of applications
3. Select "Outlook" from the list of applications.
4. Click the gear icon at the top right corner of the page
5. Select "Account"
6. Select "Storage"
7. Your Outlook storage usage is shown in the middle.
