A student must log into UWinsite Student and complete the appropriate application under the My Academics tile. The Change of Program Application is for active students. The Returning Student Application is for inactive students. An inactive student is a student who has not been enrolled in classes at the University of Windsor for three consecutive semesters.
Once the student has completed their application in UWinsite Student it is routed online through the appropriate review process. This new online review process eliminates sending documents and requests by inter-office mail.
