OneDrive is a file hosting and sharing service in Microsoft Cloud that is included in Office 365 suite of applications available to University of Windsor faculty, staff, and students. The current storage limit for OneDrive users is 1 TB.

Novell is a legacy file sharing platform that has been replaced by Microsoft Teams, OneDrive and Office 365 Groups. All Novell servers are scheduled to be retired in 2019.

All faculty, staff and students are required to use University e-mail account for all official University business/school related correspondence. Students will be migrated from UWin Gmail to Office 365 / Outlook by Sept 2020.
