Alumni Systems

Raiser's Edge (RE) system is used by Advancement and Alumni to manage alumni donor records. This system includes RE Anywhere (web interface) and RE Mobile.

CAMPUSCALL is a phonathon software used to support University’s telephone fundraising program.

To request assistance with alumni systems, please click on Open Ticket button on the right. This will bring up a form that you will need to fill-out and submit to open a support ticket with the I.T. Service Desk. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the ticket reference number and additional instructions.
