All UWindsor travellers are required to register their international travel on the Travel Registration system. This includes travel to the U.S.A as well as academic staff member international travel related to research, teaching and study leaves. Note: it is your responsibility to ensure that you have adequately checked the conditions of the country you are travelling to prior to your departure, which includes reviewing the current Government of Canada Travel Advisory at: http://travel.gc.ca/travelling/advisories.

This information is collected under the authority of Section 33c of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act and will be used for the registration, coordination and administration of University of Windsor travel. This may include tracking the location of individuals travelling on University of Windsor business or in the course of their studies. It is required in the event of an emergency situation arises where the University’s assistance is required, or the University becomes aware of a crisis situation in the area to which you are travelling. Campus Safety & Emergency Planning Department may contact you for matters relating to your travel, and/or administration of the programs as required.
