Welcome to I.T. Services Client Support Portal

The main objective of this portal is to empower our users to be able to find answers to common I.T. related questions, and to find solutions to common I.T. issues in a time-efficient manner. The portal also provides users with the ability to electronically submit their service requests by opening tickets through the Service Catalogue. Users can then track progress on their tickets and provide feedback directly to I.T. staff assigned to work on their requests.  [...more ]

Getting Started

We recommend that you sign in right away with your UWin ID to optimise your experience with our portal. To sign in, please click the "Sign In" link in the top right corner next to the search bar.

Forgot your Password?

If you forgot your UWIn ID password, you can reset it by answering security questions (Shared Secrets) associated with your UWin ID account. If you never configured your Shared Secrets, you have to visit our Service Desk in person and present your ID to have your password reset by I.T. staff.
