If you use Outlook for iOS or Outlook for Android, you can add a shared mailbox you have permissions to access on Outlook Mobile.
To access a shared mailbox on a mobile device, use the following steps.

Make sure you already have your primary UWin account setup in Outlook for iOS or Android.

Tap the Add Account button in the left navigation pane, then tap Add a Shared Mailbox.

Enter the shared mailbox address that you have permission to access

It will be added along the left hand side of your Outlook mobile app. All of your mailboxes will appear along the left hand rail and you can switch between them to read and reply to messages in your various mailboxes.
