How to install Remote Desktop Client on macOS device and connect to Engineering (ECS) Virtual lab?

Follow these instrucitons to install the Microsoft Remote Desktop app on your macOS device and configure it to access ECS Virtual Lab.

  1. Search for Microsoft Remote Desktop app in Appple App Store 

              
     
  2. Once installed, run the client and click on Workspace.
            
     
  3. Set the workspace URL to rdweb.wvd.microsoft.com  
     
     
  4. Sign in with your UWin Account. Enter your UWinID@uwindsor.ca as the user name.
     
  5. Once you are connected, you can see the ECS Virtual Lab.
