How to view the UWindsor COVID-19 Assessment QR Scan Dashboard

Viewing your UWindsor COVID-19 Assessment QR Scan Dashboard 

All users on campus who are a designated "one-up" approvers for Faculty and Staff have access to a managerial QR Code dashboard. For students, the respective Dean for their home faculty will be designated as their “one-up” approver. This dashboard will allow users to view the Safe Lancer self-assessment status for their staff and students.  

To access your managerial dashboard, log with your UWinID and password at checkin.uwindsor.ca/login. The dashboard is integrated with Safe Lancer and receives updates every minute. 

Badge Status Action
Approved (Green) Staff, Faculty, or Student are approved to be on campus
Expired (Yellow) Staff, Faculty, or Student's self-assessment has expired. If you encounter staff with expired badge status who are on-site, remind them to complete a new self-assessment. Note, on the dashboard, you will see "EXPIRED" within a grey box. 
Denied (Red) Staff, Faculty, or Student have received a Red badge and are not permitted to be on campus. When receiving a red denied badge, Supervisors must follow the reporting procedures as outlined in the Supervisor’s Guide to Reporting Employee Illness, Infection and Testing

Who can I see in my Manager Dashboard

Position Access
Supervisor Staff or Student employees who report directly to you
Manager Staff or Student employees who report directly to you
Assistant Director or Directors who are not Area Heads Staff or Student employees who report directly to you
Executive Directors who are Area Heads Any Staff or Student employees who report to the department
Faculty No access unless student employee reports to you directly
Faculty / Department Area Head Staff, Faculty, or Student employees who report directly to you
Dean Any Staff, Faculty, Student employees, or Students within the Faculty

Filtering Report 

Currently reporting is limited to searching by UWinID or by Badge Status (Approved, Denied, Expired). The department will continue to make enhancements to filtering and reporting during Fall 2021 semester.
