How do I delete/withdraw an absence entry?

An employee can delete an absence even after it has been approved by their manager. It will entry will go back to the manager for review and approval. 

In your browser, go to uwindsor.ca/uwinsite/people. Complete your single sign-on in UWinsite People using your full UWinID@uwindsor.ca as your username and your UWin Account password.  Then:  

  1. In Me, select Time and Absence
  1. Navigate to Existing Absences
  1. Select an absence you wish to edit and select the pencil icon
  1. Navigate to the top right corner and select delete.  
  1. Your absence will be withdrawn and sent to your line manager for approval.
