How to Edit an Approved or Rejected Payroll Timecard

In certain cases, you may need to update an approved time card. This can only be done for up to 28 days after the pay period, after that your manager will have to update it. Follow the steps to complete the task. 

In your browser, go to uwindsor.ca/uwinsite/people in your browser. Complete your single sign-on in UWinsite People using your full UWinID@uwindsor.ca as your username and your UWin Account password. Then:  

  1. Under Me, select the Time and Absences.
  2. Select Existing Timecards and open time card with the Approved status.
  3. Select the pencil and adjust Payroll Time card entry.
  4. Select OK, then select Submit.

Your Timecard will need to be submitted and re-approved by your manager.

Only time cards in submitted status are routed to your manager for approval.
