1. Navigate to https://portal.office.com

2. Select the waffle icon in the top left corner.

3. Select OneDrive from the list of applications.

4. Select the Gear icon in the top right corner.

5. Click "OneDrive settings"


7. Click "Storage Metrics"

8. Here you will see a snapshot of which folders contain files using the most space.

9. Select the folder you want to review.

10. Here you can see the storage metrics for each folder. While you can't delete files directly from this page, you can see where most storage is used. Review your metrics to help you determine which files you can delete from your OneDrive.
