Audio-Visual Equipment Reservations

Tags av

Faculty, staff and students can order equipment for their class or event to fulfill AV requirements for rooms without integrated media systems. Available equipment includes:

  • video/data projectors
  • overhead projectors
  • document cameras
  • small PA units
  • extension cords
  • projection screens
  • equipment stands
  • laptop computers (for classroom use)
  • microphones

Equipment is recommended to be booked five working days in advance. Faculty, staff, and students may book equipment for classroom use without charge. Equipment may be booked for non-academic use within the University at a reduced rental rate.

Clients can pick up reserved equipment prior to their event or have it delivered and installed at a specified location on campus. Equipment booked must be returned at the scheduled time.

Damage and Loss

If damages occur, the user is responsible for the cost of repairing the borrowed equipment. If the damages are beyond repair, the user is responsible for replacing the unit. If the unit is lost or stolen while in the user’s care, the user will be responsible for the cost of replacing the equipment.

NOTE: Do not leave borrowed equipment unattended in the classroom.
